What to Expect

Private consultation
If you’d like to collaborate with us on a bespoke piece, we’ll organise a virtual appointment – or if you are in Sydney we will welcome you in for a private in-person consultation. We’ll talk through your ideas and inspirations, and work with you and your budget to source the perfect metal and stones. In our Sydney boutique we have an extensive range of loose opals and pearls, and can also source any gemstone your heart desires.

Sketch of the design and quote
From there we’ll provide a sketch of the designs and a quote, along with an estimate of the time it will take to create your piece. We can revise designs and provide alterations based on your feedback until the design is 100% perfect.

03.
We hand-craft your jewel in our Sydney atelier
After your quote has been approved, we’ll get to work making your piece. As we move through the craftsmanship process, care and respect is taken to ensure that we are honouring your vision and the finished product will be as you envisaged it. We’ll provide progress updates as the design comes to life.

04.
Delivery within approximately 4-8 weeks
Depending on the complexity of the design, the creation of your bespoke jewel may take 4 – 8 weeks. You are welcome to collect the finished piece in-store or we can organise delivery for interstate or international clients. We have worldwide shipping available via our shipping partner FedEx, and the article is insured by us from our door to yours. Before we ship an item you will receive photos of the finished piece, to confirm you are 100% happy with the result.
